Mike Morse Law Firm, Michigan’s largest and most recognized personal injury law firm, is seeking a Legal Writer to translate medical records and case facts into persuasive, case-ready documents that help maximize client recovery.

You’ll work with attorneys to draft briefs, motions, and letters that reflect our signature quality and support winning outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree is required; JD is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of Michigan No-Fault Law.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal writing skills with a sharp eye for detail and organization.
  • In-depth understanding of Michigan No-Fault Law.

Every brief, motion, and letter you write moves a client’s case forward, gets attention from the right parties, and helps deliver justice.

As a Legal Writer, you’ll dig into medical records, summarize complex facts, and translate legal strategy into persuasive, polished writing. You’ll work alongside attorneys and pod leaders to ensure that every document reflects our signature quality—and helps maximize recovery for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

  • Based in our professional office setting, with standard tech and equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • This is a full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday position; occasional weekends as needed.
