Job Description

RR Donnelley is looking to add a Legal Workflow Coordinator to their 2nd Shift team!

Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

In this role, you will:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming requests to the department for various word processing-related projects such as formatting, proofreading, editing, styling of documents, printing, and conversion or saving documents to images (PDF).
  2. Coordinate, assign, distribute, prioritize, track, and expedite workload within the department.
  3. Interface with requesters to gather detailed information to understand the nature and requirements of assignments.
  4. Analyze requests to determine how tasks should be performed and engage the appropriate resources for completion.
  5. Direct requests to proper resources and coordinate with local and off-site office services.
  6. Assist with proofreading tasks and quality control analysis during periods of high volume.
  7. Ensure projects are delivered within negotiated timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with legal software and applications such as Visio, Phillips Speech Exec, Bighand Digital Dictation, and others is advantageous.
  • Prior document processing experience in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology is preferred but not required.
  • Transcription experience is a plus.

Additional Information:

The pay rate for this role at the RRD location is $22.42/hour, with potential for step progressions, overtime, shift differentials, and other pay incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k), life insurance, parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, and discounts.
