Job summary

County of Delaware seeks an Application Systems Analyst to develop and maintain the Office's CMS and related systems. You will translate legal workflows into technical configurations and lead training for staff.

Responsibilities include ETL scripting in Python, system integrations, and acting as the internal helpdesk between staff and LegalServer developers. You will also generate reports and support website maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS, CLM, and DMS preferred; LegalServer experience preferred.
• Ability to translate legal workflows into technical solutions for staff.
• Experience with module-based web development systems (LegalServer, WordPress, Salesforce, Drupal).
• Experience working with APIs is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with data presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; liaison between staff and IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Office's CMS and related systems.
• Lead change management sessions translating workflows into technical solutions.
• Train staff on system processes and new features; onboard new staff.
• Create ETL pipelines using Python to manage CMS data.
• Integrate third-party systems with the CMS as needed.
• Serve as internal helpdesk for CMS issues and liaise with developers.
• Attend technical sessions to stay current with LegalServer developments.
• Develop reports on case-related data for data-driven insights.
• Resolve on-site hardware/software issues and coordinate with County IT.
• Maintain and develop the Office website using WordPress and Bluehost.
• Lead expansion projects to vet and integrate new systems.
