Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in technology, product management, knowledge management, or legal operations, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience in legal industry or professional services preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting a product lifecycle including requirements, testing, training, and licensure management.
• Knowledge of LegalTech product categories and AI tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Support the product owner for an assigned portfolio of legal technology solutions through lifecycle stages.
• Identify practice-level needs and support evaluation and implementation of solutions.
• Lead pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, track specifications and timelines.
• Guide new solutions through internal onboarding and approvals for compliant implementation.
• Support adoption strategies: awareness, training, and usage of solutions.
• Track usage and adoption metrics to identify trends and improve engagement.
• Coordinate with IT, Information Security, Information Governance, OGC, Talent, and Marketing & Business Development for aligned rollouts.
• Monitor emerging technologies and provide input to practice group leadership.
• Maintain product charters, roadmaps, governance policies, and usage guidelines.
