Job summary

WilmerHale seeks a role focused on delivering the firm’s competency-based talent management programs for lawyers. You will coordinate evaluations, assist mentors and mentees, manage departures, and maintain confidential personnel records in Oracle, while enabling smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a professional services environment, strong data analysis, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and written/analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate semi-annual evaluation processes for associates and attorneys.
• Serve as consultant to Career Advancement Program mentors and mentees.
• Manage attorney departure and exit interviews with discretion and proper escalation.
• Track leaves and reduced-hours, communicate with attorneys about policies.
• Generate reports and assist with surveys and requests.
• Support onboarding and integration for new hires and lateral hires.
