Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Legal Specialist for a hybrid role based in Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA. The position supports garnishments, child support orders, tax liens and IRS levies by restricting member accounts or funds.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of legal regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail with effective communication. This is a 6-month initial engagement with possible extensions and US work eligibility is required.

Legal Specialist

Title: Legal Specialist

Location: Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA (HYBRID)

Duration: Initial 6-month duration with possible extensions

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

The Legal Specialist provides support by accurately complying with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens and IRS levy by restricting members accounts or funds.
