Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate and support government agency accounts, drive usage, and grow revenue. You will understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and collaborate with sales partners to develop strategic account plans.

You will travel 5-7 days per month and visit the office 1-2 days per week, bringing deep legal research experience, strong communication skills, and a JD with an active Bar license to advance product adoption and

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use of LexisNexis products
• Communicate credibly with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance and education
• Deliver specialized customer presentations and communicate our value proposition to retain and drive revenue
• Collaborate with sales partners on strategy and develop strategic account plans
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and Product Specialists
• Conduct competitor research and share findings with Product, Segment and Marketing
• Gather feature requests from customers for future development and roadmaps
• Utilize required processes, tools, and systems effectively

About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll provide education and support, build preference, and drive usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned Government Agency accounts while building solid relationships within accounts. You will also understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Providing consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products
• Communicating credibly with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement
• Delivering specialized customer presentations, and communicating our value proposition and competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenue
• Collaborating with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans
• Identifying and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists
• Conducting competitor research, analyzing findings, and sharing information with Product, Segment and Marketing
• Gathering desired feature and function intelligence from customers for future development and roadmaps
• Utilizing effectively all required processes, tools, and systems

Compensation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
