Job summary

The RMN Agency seeks an experienced Legal Recruiter for the Metro-Atlanta area. This in-office role requires identifying and engaging attorneys and legal professionals, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles.

You will work closely with hiring managers and firm leadership, manage the recruitment pipeline, and support business development while maintaining ATS records. BA required; JD strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal recruiting and/or staffing services.
• Experience includes candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of law and the legal industry; ability to discuss practice areas confidently.
• Proficiency with applicant sourcing and tracking systems, CRM tools, and common office software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Seeking Experienced (2+ Year) Legal Recruiter (FULL TIME) in the Metro-Atlanta area

We seek an experienced Legal Recruiter to identify and engage attorneys and legal professionals for placement at law firms and in-house legal departments, using various sourcing methods including networking, online platforms, and direct outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications and cultural fit, and presenting candidates to clients with well-prepared profiles. The recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers and firm leadership to understand staffing needs, manage the recruitment pipeline, and coordinate interviews and feedback. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, advising candidates on career options and market trends, and contributing to business development and relationship management with clients. This role is in-office, with flex-time allowed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Legal Recruiting and/or Staffing Services, preferably with legal search agencies, law firms, or in-house legal departments. This experience includes candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Applicants should have a strong understanding of law and the legal industry, with the ability to discuss practice areas, roles, and career paths confidently
• Demonstrated success in recruiting attorneys and legal professionals across multiple levels (partners, associates, in-house, contract, paralegals).
• Proficiency with applicant sourcing and tracking systems, CRM tools, and common office software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with on-site work in Atlanta, GA; we are very flexible with scheduling, but we are an in-office culture.
• BA required; a JD is strongly preferred but not mandatory
