The candidate will work with Case360, PACER, CourtLinks, and other government systems, maintain file-tracking, and coordinate with attorneys and staff while following DOJ records-management procedures and privacy

Pay Range: $28 - $33.42 per hour
KMRG, LLC (KMRG) is a federal services company that hires talented professionals to support Government agencies and the communities they serve. We are hiring a Legal Records Clerk to support the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta (NDGA).
In this role, you will support the USAO Criminal Division with the review, organization, and closeout of federal criminal case files. Your work will help ensure case records are complete, properly retained, accurately documented, and ready for long-term archiving.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured, detail-focused work and takes pride in keeping important records accurate and organized.

Other Considerations. Applicants will be subject to a background investigation The employee’s primary workstation is located in an office environment. The role requires frequent use of computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, file-storage systems, and other standard office equipment. The employee will regularly review physical and electronic records, move throughout the office to access files and records-storage areas, and may be required to lift and carry boxes, files, or records weighing up to 40 pounds.
