RRD is seeking a Proofreader to review and correct grammar and verbiage in complex legal documents. This 11am–8pm first shift role in Wheeling, WV requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication with managers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism or equivalent experience and at least one year of proofreading in a legal or large corporate setting, with solid MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to work both independently

11am-8pm 1st Shift Mon-Fri
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $15.91-21.63/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
