Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Proofreader to review legal documents for grammar and verbiage corrections. The role runs 11am–8pm, first shift, Monday–Friday.

The proofreader will identify spelling/grammar errors, check formatting, and ensure QA against mark-ups, while handling sensitive information. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in English/Journalism or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year of proofreading in legal, banking, or large corporate contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year proofreading experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desired.

Job Description

The Proofreader position is responsible for reviewing legal documents for grammar and verbiage corrections.

11am-8pm 1st Shift Mon-Fri

Qualifications

Additional Information

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $15.91-21.63/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
