Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking flexible, organized Process Servers to deliver legal documents across the area using our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay. You set your workload, with opportunities to earn based on completed jobs while maintaining independence and professional conduct.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, have reliable transportation, and can work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android device and ability to work within a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours – Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• You will need to have an Active Process Server ID Card or pass the Arizona certification exam.
• State laws vary, some require a minimum age to serve.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization.
