ABC Legal Services is seeking independent Process Servers to deliver legal documents across designated areas with a flexible schedule. You control your workload via our mobile app and can take on as much or as little work as you want, earning wages per job and tracking pay in real time.

Applicants should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable working variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Tech savvy with iPhone/iPad or Android device and ability to use mobile apps.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving is helpful but not required.
• Legally able to work in the United States without work authorization.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• State laws vary and some require a minimum age to serve.
