Mandarich Law Group, LLP in Farmington Hills, MI is hiring a Legal Manager to lead a team focused on follow-ups and account closures. This full-time, exempt role operates in-office, Monday through Friday 8AM–5PM.

The role emphasizes supervising lawsuits, managing workflow efficiency, and enforcing performance improvements. Candidates should have 2–5 years of management and law-firm experience, with FDCPA knowledge a plus.

Formación

• Minimum: High school diploma; bachelor’s or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 2-5 years of management experience.
• Prior law firm experience.
• Process/workflow mastery is a must.
• Knowledge of the FDCPA is a plus.
• Self-motivated; able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Great organizational skills; must be a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise filing and service of lawsuits including entry of default.
• Knowledge of Michigan civil procedure; other states a plus.
• Set up workflows in the most cost-effective way.
• Manage the team and implement Performance Improvement plans.
• Implement a performance measurement system for staff.
