Job summary

Mandarich Law Group, LLP in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Legal Manager to lead a dedicated team focused on follow-ups and account closures. This is a full-time, exempt, in-office role with a Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.

You will supervise filing and service of lawsuits, ensure efficient workflow, and drive performance improvements. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s or paralegal certificate is preferred, with 2–5 years of management experience in a law firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: bachelor’s or Paralegal Certificate
• 2-5 years of management experience
• Prior law firm experience
• Process Master of workflows is a must
• Knowledge of the FDCPA is a plus
• Self-motivated
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Great organizational skills
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a creditors' rights law firm located in Farmington Hills, MI. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. Currently we have an opening for a Legal Manager to work on a team that will focus on follow-ups and account closures.

This a full-time, exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-office.

What You'll Do:
