Job summary

- Extensive experience with legal billing and case management software.
- Experience leading RFPs, negotiating fee arrangements, monitoring vendor performance.
- Ability to define and track KPIs for legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Legal Technology & Systems: evaluate, implement, and manage legal tech tools.
- Process Improvement & Project Management: lead cross-functional projects and SOPs.
- Knowledge and Matter Management: oversee knowledge systems and precedents.
- Vendor and Financial Management: manage outside counsel, negotiate fees, monitor spend.
- Metrics and Reporting: define KPIs and provide regular leadership insights.
