Job summary

The Principal Paralegal at The Wright Center for Community Health serves as the Legal Operations Lead for the department. You will manage the Enterprise contract and compliance software, triage legal requests, and ensure data integrity and timely renewals to support attorneys and compliance leaders.

This full-time role reports to the SVP Enterprise Integrity, Chief Legal & Governance Officer and requires 5–7+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field, or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent career experience).
  • 5–7+ years of dedicated paralegal or legal operations experience, preferably in healthcare, corporate, or non-profit settings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with all departments, executives, and community leaders.
  • Demonstrated mastery of contract lifecycle management systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration for the Enterprise contract and compliance management software (Compliatric).
  • Triage and workflow coordination of incoming legal and contract requests; track deliverables against SLAs.
  • Maintain records of active contracts and renewals; generate 60/90-day renewal alerts for leadership.
  • Audit outside counsel invoices against engagement letters and fee schedules; monitor department spend.
