AmeriLife is seeking two Paralegal / Legal Operations Interns to support the Legal Department with contract data management and related projects. This entry-level program targets law students or paralegal students eager to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal team.

Interns will learn contract structure, internal systems, and department workflows, coding and organizing contract data, and contributing to data quality checks and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Code, organize, and analyze contract data in internal systems.
• Review contracts to identify key information and data points.
• Maintain accurate contract records and trackers.
• Support intake, routing, tracking, and follow-up in workflows.
• Identify missing information and elevate questions as needed.
• Prepare summaries and data quality checks for legal operations.
• Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative support.
