Savvy Wealth is seeking its first Legal Operations Associate to mature our legality and compliance function as a registered RIA and broker-dealer. You will transform ad hoc tasks into repeatable, AI-enabled processes, overseeing the contract lifecycle, vendor due diligence, and compliance calendars while collaborating with the General Counsel.

Your role spans intake design, regulatory calendars, advisor oversight, and budgeting with outside counsel, enabling cross-functional impact across Legal,

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of legal operations, compliance, or paralegal roles within the RIA space.
• Working knowledge of SEC RIA requirements (Form ADV, IAR oversight, third‑party/vendor oversight).
• Proven experience building and owning a tracking system or process end-to-end (trackers, calendars, logs, repositories).
• Strong attention to detail under deadlines and good judgment on what needs counsel's sign-off.
• Clear written communication and ability to build trust across Legal, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and refine contract lifecycle management including NDAs, vendor contracts, and a centralized repository.
• Design intake and escalation process for legal and compliance requests; consolidate channels and track items.
• Develop and maintain compliance calendars (ADV updates, firm-wide obligations) and support regulatory filings, exams, and inspections.
• Monitor outside counsel invoices and track spend against budget; provide quarterly insights to Finance.
• Operate Claude-based AI tools and design additional tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
