The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and capable of handling shifting priorities, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistical and operational support for trials, hearings, mediations, and other firm proceedings.
• Deliver legal documents to courthouses, vendors, and other business locations as needed.
• Coordinate outgoing mail, courier services, and package shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Handle time-sensitive pickups, deliveries, and other logistical requests.
• Assist IT with equipment inventory management and setup for new hires.
• Coordinate technology and equipment setup for new hires, including monitors, phones, and workstation equipment.
• Support setup, breakdown, and reconfiguration of conference rooms and trial spaces.
• Assist with offsite records storage and firm events.
