The Legal Office Support Assistant I will perform routine legal clerical work in a County law office and are required to possess a basic knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures, and various legal forms and documents and their processing. They are responsible for providing a full range of legal clerical services for attorneys engaged in the practice of criminal or civil law and are in the offices of the District Attorney, Public Defender, Alternate Public Defender, Child Support Services, and County Counsel.
