Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Office Administrator to support our Denver office with hands-on administrative, HR, and legal/entity-management duties. The role reports to the Director of Administration and will evolve toward a hybrid schedule over time.

The position centers on office operations, HR administrative support, and legal administration across our business entities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Two plus years of administrative experience with paralegal or legal support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; handles sensitive information discreetly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day office administration for the Denver location, including mail handling and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships for the Denver office.
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding paperwork and personnel file organization.
  • Maintain and manage entity records and corporate governance documentation with legal counsel.
  • Track compliance deadlines; file annual reports and renewals to keep entities in good standing.
  • Maintain corporate records/minute books for multiple entities and coordinate filings.
  • Liaise with registered agents, outside counsel, and government agencies on entity matters.
  • Provide paralegal-level support: drafting, proofreading and organizing routine legal documents.
  • Coordinate notarization and document execution when needed; assist with financing/contracts docs.
  • Support due diligence and document requests for transactions; collaborate cross-functionally.

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support our Denver office by providing hands-on administrative, HR, and legal/entity-management across the organization. This role will report to and work closely with the Director of Administration, who supports the company's owners and CEO. They will have an increasing range of responsibilities that is customary with a growing company. This is an on-site role with the opportunity of transitioning to a hybrid schedule over time.
