Job summary

POP MART is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Legal Leasing Assistant to support our Real Estate team and leasing operations. This role will keep lease documents, contracts, approvals, and store‑opening records organized and flowing through proper channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and meticulous with documents and deadlines. Prior real estate or legal environment exposure is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, real estate, leasing, or legal support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and PDFs; experience with DocuSign preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail leasing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily leasing pipeline spreadsheets, contract trackers, and status reports.
• Prepare finalized lease packages and coordinate signature routing with executives, landlords, and stakeholders.
• Manage electronic signatures and track document completion.
• Organize, archive, and manage leases, amendments, notices, and related docs.
• Distribute contract documentation to Finance, Accounting, Retail Ops, Real Estate, and cross-functional teams.
• Support document review by formatting, proofreading, redlines, and comparisons.
• Track outstanding documents, approvals, and deadlines; follow up to move transactions forward.
• Maintain up-to-date records for clear visibility on active agreements.
• Coordinate meetings, organize materials, and provide admin support to Real Estate/leasing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support POP MART’s North America retail expansion.

Opportunity Overview

POP MART is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Legal Leasing Assistant to support our Real Estate team and legal leasing operations. This role will play an important part in keeping lease documents, contracts, approvals, and store‑opening documentation organized and moving through the appropriate processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and meticulous when working with documents and deadlines. Previous experience in real estate, leasing, contracts, or a legal environment is helpful but not required.

What you will achieve

• Maintain and update daily leasing pipeline spreadsheets, contract trackers, and status reports for active store deals and agreements.


• Prepare finalized lease and contract execution packages and coordinate signature routing to internal executives, landlords, and other stakeholders.


• Manage electronic signature processes through DocuSign or similar platforms, ensuring documents are completed and properly tracked.


• Organize, maintain, and archive executed leases, amendments, legal notices, and related documentation within electronic filing systems.


• Distribute finalized contracts and lease documentation to appropriate internal partners, including Finance, Accounting, Retail Operations, Real Estate, and other cross‑functional teams.


• Support document review processes by formatting documents, proofreading information, and assisting with redlines and document comparisons.


• Track outstanding documents, signatures, approvals, and deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep transactions moving.


• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records to ensure the team has clear visibility into the status of active agreements.


• Coordinate meetings, organize materials, and provide general administrative support to the Real Estate and leasing teams.


• Partner with internal teams to support POP MART’s continued retail expansion across North America.

What you will need

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office, legal assistant, real estate, leasing, or similar support role.


• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.


• Experience working with PDFs and electronic document management.


• Familiarity with DocuSign, contract routing, redlines, or document comparison tools is preferred.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and follow up proactively to keep projects moving.


• Experience within commercial real estate, retail leasing, property management, or a legal environment is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment. Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range Details

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive compensation program.
