Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in a law firm or professional services coordination role.
• Familiarity with CLE requirements and professional accreditation processes preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver programs efficiently.
• Proficiency with LMS, collaboration platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of attorney learning initiatives, including scheduling, communications, materials, and evaluations.
• Support data collection and reporting on participation, feedback, and outcomes.
• Maintain project tracking systems, calendars, distributions, and repositories used across Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with HR Delivery and CLE Compliance to support training programs.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual work and leverage AI tools.
