Zinda Law Group in Austin, Texas seeks a highly motivated Investigator to join our fast-paced personal injury team. You will work closely with attorneys and staff to uncover facts, inspect scenes, interview witnesses, and compile thorough investigative reports to strengthen cases.

This full-time position requires strong communication, technical savvy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a dynamic legal environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong proficiency with technology, internet research, and social media.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
• Preferred: prior investigative or claims adjusting experience.
• Preferred: bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys and legal staff on investigative matters related to active cases.
• Inspect accident scenes, vehicles, and physical evidence.
• Locate and interview witnesses.
• Conduct background investigations and research.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and scene diagrams.
• Document findings accurately and thoroughly.
• Utilize technology, online databases, and social media platforms for investigations.
• Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing case evidence.
• Travel as needed for inspections, interviews, and investigations.
• Perform additional investigative functions as assigned.
