Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Previous investigative or claims adjusting experience preferred.
• Experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys on investigative matters for active cases.
• Inspect accident scenes, vehicles, and physical evidence.
• Locate and interview witnesses.
• Conduct background investigations and research.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and scene diagrams.
• Document findings accurately and thoroughly.
• Utilize online databases and social media platforms for investigations.
• Assist attorneys in gathering and organizing case evidence.
• Travel as needed for inspections, interviews, and investigations.
• Perform additional investigative functions as assigned.
