You will support legal and business teams on transportation and infrastructure programs, including rail, transit, roadway, and other public‑sector mobility projects. The ideal candidate is a current law student or recent law school graduate with an interest in infrastructure, public contracting, construction, transportation, or corporate law.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor or recent law school graduate.
• Interest in transportation, infrastructure, or public procurement.
• Strong legal research, writing, and document-review skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to public procurement and transportation infrastructure.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and internal documents.
• Support identification, documentation, and mitigation of legal and commercial risks.
• Organize materials for meetings, reviews, audits, and records requests.
• Collaborate with Arcadis counsel, project teams, and stakeholders to track follow-up actions.
• Maintain confidential legal files, notes, trackers, and supporting documentation.
