Preferred candidates are JD students in good standing (1st or 2nd year) who can commit to a twelve‑week, full‑time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Engage in legal research across compliance, contracts, and governance.
• Assist with drafting and review of non-disclosure agreements and governance documents.
• Review and summarize sales, purchasing, and litigation-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time assistance to lawyers in the Risk Management Department.
• Draft NDAs and corporate governance documents.
• Review and summarize pleadings, depositions, and other litigation materials.
• Assist in reviewing sales and purchasing contracts.
