The department advises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contracts, employment matters, and business transactions, ensuring the organization conducts its activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. By partnering with business leaders and stakeholders, the Legal Department develops practical legal solutions, protects the organization's interests, and supports sound decision-making across the enterprise.
