The NRP Group is offering an internship opportunity with our Legal team in our corporate headquarters:

Our paid Legal Internship provides the opportunity to work at our headquarters in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, gaining hands‑on experience within our Legal Department. The Legal Intern will primarily support the in‑house legal team in areas such as contract review, legal research, compliance initiatives, and corporate governance matters, while also collaborating with cross‑functional partners including Human Resources, Finance, Property Management, and Operations. This role offers practical exposure to day‑to‑day legal operations within a growing organization.

• Assist attorneys with legal research related to property management, construction contracts, real estate financing, and title issues.

• Gain hands‑on experience in real estate and construction law by working directly alongside experienced attorneys and industry professionals.

• Enhance your legal research, drafting and analytical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Develop a deeper understanding of complex real estate and construction transactions, legal processes, corporate governance, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Current law student (1L or 2L) with anticipated graduation by June 2027

• Availability to work 20 hoursper week for the 10-week program

• Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position
