Coda Search Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Intake Specialist in New Jersey to be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation. You will handle inquiries via phone, web forms, email, or live chat, gather essential information, and initiate the intake and retainer sign-up process.

This role requires precision, strong communication, and a client-first approach to ensure a smooth transition to the Case Management team.

Formación

• Experience in client intake or initial contact handling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems Salesforce.
• Experience in insurance or healthcare administration a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, web form, email, or live chat.
• Engage clients with best-in-class service during initial interactions.
• Initiate and complete intake process and assist sign-up for retainer.
• Collect detailed claim information to assess eligibility.
• Ensure data accuracy of claim-related information.
• Explain next steps after sign-up and transition to Case Management.
