You will work across commercial contracts, employment records, IP agreements, regulatory filings, corporate records, and other document types, prioritizing breadth over depth. Strong attention to detail and protocol adherence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• US-based lawyer with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Comfort moving across many document types and practice areas.
• Experience in managed document review, e-discovery, contract management, or data privacy is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrable precision and consistency on high-volume review work.

Responsibilities

• Create rubrics to grade legal documents for lay understanding.
• Review documents against a written QC rubric, ensuring correct handling of identifying and sensitive elements.
• Flag defects and ambiguous cases for adjudication.
