The Role: Dynamic Legal Counsel

We seek an adaptable, solutions-oriented attorney to work effectively across various internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, practical, and independent, with a focus on technology contracts and licensing agreements, supporting our OEM group.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, negotiate, and advise on a range of contracts, especially technology-based products and services.
2. Monitor compliance with internal policies and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Participate in special projects and initiatives.
4. Understand and align with our business model and strategy.
5. Identify regulatory issues, assess risks, and communicate effectively.
6. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams, including outside counsel.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity.

Qualifications:

1. J.D. degree and active bar admission in at least one state.
2. 8+ years of experience, especially with complex contracts.
3. Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and curious.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Basic understanding of business concepts and eagerness to learn.

Preferred:

1. Experience with technology contracts.
2. Knowledge of data privacy and intellectual property law.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
