The Role: Dynamic Legal Counsel: Driving Contract Excellence

We seek an adaptable, solutions-minded attorney to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive, practical, and results-oriented approach to legal services, thriving on independence.

As Legal Counsel, you'll manage shifting workloads and priorities through excellent communication. Your ability to balance interests at enterprise and business levels is critical, especially when supporting our OEM group with technology contracts and licensing agreements.

Success involves delivering quality legal work and contributing to process improvements. You must establish credibility quickly, communicate legal perspectives in business-friendly terms, and navigate challenging conversations confidently.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Draft, negotiate, analyze, and provide legal support for a broad range of contracts, including technology products and services.
2. Monitor compliance with internal policies and legal processes, escalating matters as needed.
3. Participate in special projects and other management-assigned matters.
4. Understand the business operating model and strategy.
5. Identify regulatory issues, assess risks, and communicate impacts effectively.
6. Interact with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders, including outside counsel.
7. Help foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, transparency, humility, and integrity.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
• Active bar admission in at least one state
• 8+ years of experience
• Experience with complex contracts

Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000. Compensation includes benefits, bonus, and incentives. We offer medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K matching, and tuition reimbursement.
