Equinix is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its portfolio of litigation, external investigations, and dispute resolution matters. The role is based in Tampa with a hybrid work arrangement.

The successful candidate will manage cases across commercial, employment, real estate and IP, develop legal strategies, oversee discovery and eDiscovery, coordinate with outside counsel, and assist with subpoena responses. A J.D. and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus active bar membership, are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.

• Experience with data centers, telecommunications, or related industries is a plus.
