IMC Trading in Chicago seeks an experienced Employment Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role serves as the primary advisor on employment matters across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and terminations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of employment law experience, active IL/NY bar admission, and a JD from an ABA-accredited school. Financial services or regulated industry background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of employment law experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Active bar admission in Illinois and/or New York.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience with wage and hour laws, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations.
