We're looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial to join our in‑house legal team and take real ownership of the contracts that power our business. This role sits at the center of how deals get done at Buyers Edge Platform — drafting, negotiating and closing commercial agreements across every one of our divisions. We're a lean legal team supporting a fast‑growing company, so you can expect meaningful responsibility early, varied work across business units, and mentorship from senior counsel — without billable hours. You won't be tucked away reviewing redlines in isolation. You'll be embedded with sales, product and operations as their day‑to‑day legal partner — the person they call when a deal needs to move, a term needs a second look, or a customer pushes back. Your job is to keep business moving while protecting the Company, and to know the difference between a risk worth flagging and a point worth conceding. The right person is commercially minded, writes clearly, and focuses on practical solutions to business problems. You're comfortable exercising judgment and know when to elevate.
