Ladders is seeking a Legal Counsel - Client Contracting Services to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote US-based role advises on complex client contracting in a regulated healthcare environment and partners with commercial, sales, government affairs, and regulatory teams to support new business initiatives and day-to-day operations.

For our client, we are seeking a Legal Counsel - Client Contracting Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on advising the business on complex client contracting matters within a regulated healthcare environment. You will partner closely with commercial, sales, government affairs, and regulatory stakeholders to support new business initiatives and day-to-day operations. The position calls for practical legal guidance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to help drive compliant, commercially sound outcomes for clients and the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually
