This role provides legal counsel across enterprise clinical and utilization management, partnering with senior leaders, compliance and business teams to address regulatory matters and negotiate key agreements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• 5+ years of legal experience in healthcare or related fields.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Associate General Counsel - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will provide legal counsel across enterprise clinical and utilization management functions, helping support strategic initiatives and the development of new programs. The position will partner closely with senior leaders, compliance colleagues, and business teams to address regulatory matters, manage risk, and negotiate key agreements in a highly matrixed environment.

The attorney in this role will also help shape best practices for emerging legal and operational issues while fostering important regulatory relationships and delivering practical guidance to internal stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,600 - $230,800 annually
