Job summary

Aylo Careers is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to partner with teams across the organization on commercial contracts, IP, and regulatory matters in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will provide practical legal guidance, support strategic initiatives, and help manage legal risk while collaborating with international colleagues across time zones. Excellent English and Greek skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Qualified to practice law in Greece or Cyprus, or eligibility to do so.
• 3–5 years of legal experience, ideally in commercial or corporate law with strong contract exposure.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams across functions and time zones.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements across the organization, including services agreements, license agreements, NDAs, intercompany agreements, and corporate and related legal documentation.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial, technology and intellectual property matters, including emerging technologies and internet law.
• Support product, commercial, and strategic initiatives by identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise guidance on applicable laws, regulations, and emerging legal issues.
• Assist with discovery and due diligence in connection with litigation, audits, financing, and transactional matters.
• Support intellectual property enforcement activities, including cease-and-desist letters and domain name dispute processes.
• Monitor and advise on legal developments in AI, data privacy, and internet law to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of contract templates, legal playbooks, and internal processes.
• Support compliance with applicable EU regulatory frameworks, including data protection obligations where required.

We’relooking for a pragmatic and business-minded Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. In this role, you will partner with teams across the organization toprovidepractical legal guidance, support commercial initiatives, and help manage legal risk in a fast-moving technology environment.You’llwork on a broad range of matters including commercial contracting, intellectual property, and regulatory issues while helping the business move forward with confidence. Experience with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and a strong understanding of internet law will be considered valuable assets.

Whatyou’llbe doing:
