Job summary

B2Spin Limited is seeking a commercially sharp Legal Counsel to support global expansion and scale our business in the gaming sector.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on regulatory and data protection matters, and partner with product and business teams to manage risk and drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 3–5+ years post‑qualification experience, including meaningful in‑house exposure.
• Background in tech, gaming, or a fast‑paced digital business.
• Broad commercial law grounding across contracts, IP, data protection, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters.
• Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle while working directly with commercial and product teams.
• Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments simultaneously.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with clear communication.
• Solutions‑first mindset: identify problems early and propose fixes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to legal partner for internal teams, translating legal issues into actionable guidance.

This is a broad, hands-on role at the heart of the business — advising across commercial, regulatory, corporate, and compliance matters as we expand into new global markets.
