SPAN is seeking a passionate and experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic and tactical legal advice across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams in San Francisco.

The role involves reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, supporting the General Counsel in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on home electrification and decarbonization; requires a J.D., California Bar membership, and at least 5 years of practice including 3 years

Qualificações

• Must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years practicing law.
• At least 3 years in a U.S. law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial transactions.
