Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a high-tech company.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in SaaS/technology transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale legal processes to support Coralogix’s global expansion.

As aLegal Counsel, you will support commercial, corporate, and employment-related legal matters, working closely with various business functions. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, implementing legal best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Hybrid Model: 3 days a week from our Boston / San Francisco / Dallas office. We are based in a Modern office, fostering a culture of mentorship and face-to-face collaboration.

Compensation and rewards

• The on-target earnings range for this role is $120,000-$160,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
