DensityAI is seeking an experienced commercial and technology counsel to join its early legal team and close complex transactions that power our AI-accelerator business.
You will draft and negotiate software licensing, hardware sourcing, and strategic partnerships while guiding regulatory and export-control matters in a fast-growing startup. This role partners with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Engineering to unblock deals and scale contracting playbooks.
Be an early, foundational member of DensityAI’s legal team — the commercial and technology counsel who structures and closes the deals that power our AI-accelerator business. As a member of the Commercial Legal Team, you will work closely with our Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership and be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions end-to-end, from technology and software licensing and strategic partnerships to the semiconductor supply-chain, foundry, and contract-manufacturing agreements at the heart of the company.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
California pay range
$200,000—$275,000 USD
