Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners in Minneapolis is looking for a Corporate Counsel to serve as the trusted legal partner for day-to-day operations. You will handle commercial contracts, ensure marketing claims compliance, and determine when outside counsel is needed to support the business.

You will also help build the legal infrastructure, creating templates, establishing an intake process, and governing contract management to keep pace with a growing company.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent required.
• In-house or corporate counsel experience preferred.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the company’s go-to attorney for day-to-day legal work. You’ll handle commercial contracts, keep labels and marketing claims compliant, and decide when outside counsel is needed. You’ll also help build the legal infrastructure, including templates, intake and contract management, so the business can move quickly.
