Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies in Houston is seeking a skilled legal professional to lead the contracting cycle, shaping sales contracts and related agreements while applying sharp negotiation acumen.

You will advise HR on employment practices, support marketing and sales, assist with litigation readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect the company's interests.

This role requires 2+ years in commercial/hi-tech law and an active US work status.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
• Cybersecurity knowledge a plus.
• Export regulations knowledge a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
