Job summary

Infios is seeking a mid-to-senior Commercial Technology Attorney to partner closely with Sales and guide complex enterprise software and technology contract negotiations. You will balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• S. law school background.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally in SaaS or broader technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data and commercial contract law.
• Experience with data privacy requirements (CCPA/CPRA, state laws) and familiarity with GDPR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on software and technology contracting, commercial risk, licensing issues, and regulatory considerations.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Advise the business on privacy, technology, and commercial law in domestic and international contexts.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level Commercial Technology Attorney who enjoys partnering closely with Sales and guiding complex enterprise software and technology contract negotiations. This role is ideal for a collaborative, business‑minded attorney who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

S. and international commercial technology agreements , including:

• Cloud services agreements
• Software licenses
• Professional services and implementation agreements

Advise business units and leadership on:

• Software and technology contracting
• Commercial risk, licensing issues, and regulatory considerations
• Data privacy and security requirements applicable to SaaS solutions (e.g., S. federal/state privacy laws, customer‑driven security terms, DPAs)

Support development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, and Compliance teams

S. and international privacy, technology, and commercial law and proactively advise the business

Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and process‑improvement initiatives

S. law school; 4+ years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally in a SaaS or broader technology environment

• Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law
• S. data privacy requirements (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws) and familiarity with global privacy concepts (GDPR exposure a plus)
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
• Work in fast‑paced and dynamic environment, with international clients and colleagues

Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
