Infios, a leader in supply chain software solutions, is seeking a mid-to-senior Commercial Technology Attorney to partner with Sales and guide complex enterprise software contracts.

The role balances legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, focusing on cloud services, software licenses, and professional services agreements, with emphasis on data privacy and security considerations for SaaS.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law.
• Familiarity with data privacy requirements (CCPA/CPRA, state laws) and GDPR exposure a plus.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize software, cloud, and professional services agreements.
• Advise on commercial risk, licensing issues, and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Security, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Develop and improve contract templates and playbooks.
• Provide internal training and support for deal teams.

We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level Commercial Technology Attorney who enjoys partnering closely with Sales and guiding complex enterprise software and technology contract negotiations. This role is ideal for a collaborative, business‑minded attorney who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

S. and international commercial technology agreements , including:

• Cloud services agreements
• Software licenses
• Professional services and implementation agreements

Advise business units and leadership on:

• Software and technology contracting
• Commercial risk, licensing issues, and regulatory considerations
• Data privacy and security requirements applicable to SaaS solutions (e.g., S. federal/state privacy laws, customer‑driven security terms, DPAs)

Support development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, and Compliance teams

S. and international privacy, technology, and commercial law and proactively advise the business

Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and process‑improvement initiatives

S. law school; 4+ years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally in a SaaS or broader technology environment

• Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law
• S. data privacy requirements (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, state privacy laws) and familiarity with global privacy concepts (GDPR exposure a plus)
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
• Work in fast‑paced and dynamic environment, with international clients and colleagues

Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
