The Contracts Coordinator is a critical in-person office role that supports the overall efficiency of the contracting process. The Coordinator has primary responsibility for providing administrative support and communication triage support to PHS Attorneys, the Legal Services Department Executive Assistant, Legal Contracts Manager, and reports to the Associate General Counsel. This role is entrusted with a high level of responsibility for maintaining confidential, sensitive, and privileged information. This role requires adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability; a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and independent judgment.
