Makes day-to-day decisions regarding rule set structure, triggers, deadlines, and calculation logic within established standards, protocols, and precedent. Independently researches and resolves routine customer questions involving rules and calculation results, escalating novel, high-risk, or complex issues as appropriate. Identifies potential content gaps, conflicts, and calculation risks and recommends appropriate resolutions. Operates with moderate autonomy while seeking guidance on high-impact, complicated, or novel analyses.
